To best provide the most effective and accurate execution of the work for its clients, Messier Survey, LLC is equipped with contemporary industry standard electronic and computer hardware & software for surveying, drafting and office activities, including electronic total stations, data collectors and laptop computers for field surveying activities, and Autodesk AutoCAD® and Land Desktop Development Civil/Survey application software programs for survey computations and plan generation. All original plans prepared by Messier Survey, LLC are produced with our in-house computer system and plotters. Reports, specifications and other written materials are produced using computer desktop publishing and printing.

For your total land use and development project needs, Messier Survey, LLC works directly in concert with other third-party consulting design professionals, including civil engineers, traffic engineers, certified soil/wetland scientists, mechanical/plumbing/electrical engineers, landscape architects, and others as may be necessary to provide full, personalized design service capabilities for your particular project.

Messier Survey, LLC also possesses the records, files, and drawings from the former professional practices of Robert R. Messier, C.E., L.S., Raymond F. Nelson, Jr., P.E., Messier & Associates, and Messier & Associates, Inc. Surveyors - Engineers.
